Special-purpose Vertical Rotary-Table injection moulding machines are used for efficient and precise insert moulding/ Over moulding of parts.
Robust machines for processing thermoset parts with upto 60% Glass re-enforced Phenolic moulding powders and Polyester resin.
ATC has a commercial tool room with in-house design facility and is replete with high end machines including VMC (DMG Germany & HAAS), CNC EDM (Agie Charmilles & Mitsubishi), Wire Cut (Agie Charmilles), EDM drill and various conventional machines. ATC’s Mold making experience surpasses 3 decades.
New generation equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Vision Measuring Machine, Automated internal-thread inspection machine, Vision inspection of parts etc., instill accuracy in ATC’s products.
